Vanessa Timon Smith

Vanessa Timon Smith began her career working with fellow artists who were looking for spaces in which to both live and evolve their work. This in turn, lead to her experience in both residential and commercial real estate, and further, to her association with the creative teams who developed some of Oakland's first purpose-built live/work communities.

Two decades later, Vanessa continues to bring that experience and creative vision to energetic working relationships with a diverse population of artists, makers, builders, and STEM professionals around the wider Bay Area. Skilled in negotiation and with approachable styles of both written and verbal communication, Vanessa endeavors to educate her clients in the nuances of the marketplace, bringing confidence to clients making life-changing decisions.
